● Conditions for accepting returns
・ We will accept returns if you contact us by email or phone within 7 days after the item arrives. (Only when unused and unopened.)
However, please note that we cannot accept returns if you purchase with characters or names.
・ In the case of defective products, we will only accept those who contact us by email or phone within 7 days after the product arrives.
In case of cancellation, we will only accept it if you call or email us by the day before shipping.
● About the burden of shipping and handling for returned goods
・ In the case of returned goods due to customer's convenience (different from the image, wrong order, etc.), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee and various fees for returning.
However, we will accept it only if it is unopened or unused.
・ Our company will bear the cost of defective products. In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please send it by cash on delivery.
・ If the product is defective, we will replace it with a non-defective product. However, if it is out of stock, we will refund it.
・ We will transfer the returned product to the specified account within 5 days after confirming the arrival of the returned product.
